Job summary

Behavior Nation in Concord, CA seeks entry-level Behavior Technicians to join our growing family and help foster a self-sustaining culture of success within the company. In‑person in‑home or community‑based services, driving required.

As a Behavior Technician you’ll engage and play with children, reward good behavior, and redirect problem behavior—no babysitting. There is strong potential for advancement to Senior Behavior Technician or Program Manager by promoting from within.
