Behavior Nation is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to join our team and support children and families with ABA services in in-home or community settings. This role requires driving to client homes and community sites, with a strong emphasis on compassionate care and patient education.

We promote internal growth, with clear pathways to Senior Behavior Technician or Program Manager as you gain experience and demonstrate leadership in delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Be loving and caring for patients and families; ensure quality medically necessary ABA services and parent education.
• Willing to learn and grow in the evolving ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person ABA services in-home or community settings; driving is required.
• Opportunity to advance within the agency toward Senior Behavior Technician or Program Manager roles.
