Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Work Week Manager at the Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, IL. The role focuses on directing the development of detailed weekly plans and schedules for corrective and preventive maintenance, with emphasis on safety, reliability and performance.

The position involves coordinating across departments to resolve conflicts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and procedures, and coaching the work management team to meet fleet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6 years of nuclear or work week management experience.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred; supervisory/managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for the assigned work week.
• Ensure execution meets Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rule compliance.
• Provide direction to planners, schedulers, Project Managers and support personnel.
• Direct schedule execution to meet Work Management Process KPIs.
• Manage priority emergent work for the week.
