Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Work Week Manager/Sr Work Week Manager for Braidwood Nuclear Station in Braceville, IL.

This role directs development of weekly maintenance schedules, ensures compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rule, and leads cross‑functional teams to deliver safe, reliable execution. You will coordinate planners, schedulers, and project managers, manage emergency response, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years nuclear or work week management experience.
• Maintain access requirements and favorable medical examination as applicable.
• Previous Nuclear Power Plant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong PC scheduling knowledge.
• Engineering or technical degree and supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the detailed schedule development for the assigned work week to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance.
• Direct the assigned work week schedule execution while maintaining online risk coordinated to minimize safety challenges.
• Provide direction to all department planners, schedulers, and Project Managers for development of an effective schedule.
• Direct schedule execution to meet the Work Management Process Key Indicators.
• Manage priority emergent work for the assigned work week.
• Evaluate scheduling execution performance data and develop weekly action plans.
• Assist in forced outage coordination as required.
• Coach, mentor, and develop other members of the work management organization.
• Perform other duties as directed, including outage support.
