• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate faculty or staff.
• Greet and direct students, faculty, and visitors within the Wood’s Health and Science Building.
• Provide general assistance with departmental operations and special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and departmental information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by LVN Department staff.
