Job summary

The work study program at Des Moines Area Community College provides funds for part-time employment to help students finance postsecondary education, with opportunities to support the DMACC Child Development Center. Responsibilities

Support daily food service operations of the DMACC Child Development Center by assisting with meal preparation, dishwashing, food service, and meal documentation.
Create positive mealtime experiences that support the health, development, and well-being of the children while enrolled at the Center.
Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy kitchen environment.
Ensure compliance with CACFP and Iowa HHS regulations, and following food safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
