Responsibilities

• Process and apply payments to student accounts.
• Review returned checks and direct funds/refunds as necessary.
• Review mail and other received items and distribute to the appropriate Student Accounts personnel.
• Work with Student Accounts specialists to generate and review department reports.
• Work at the front desk and assist with student questions and requests.
• Direct students to the correct specialist as needed.
• Gain exposure to processes in bookkeeping, accounting, regulation, and other applicable specialties.
• Other duties as assigned.
