Job summary

The University of New Mexico is seeking four Archaeology or Anthropology students for a student employment role to assist the Office of Contract Archeology during a lab and office move in October 2026. Pay ranges from $12.00 to $14.25 hourly, with shift requirements Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Selected students will transition into the lab or OCA offices after the move and may use their Photoshop skills to support ongoing research and

• Work Study status required.
• Archaeology or Anthropology student.
• Work schedule must be Mon-Fri 8–5.
• Photo Shop experience.
• Must be able to life 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help situate the lab and offices during the move.
• Assist with lab setup and office organization after the move.
• Contribute ideas and knowledge in Photo Shop.
