Job summary

LCEC is seeking a Work Order Analyst in a facilities/utility accounting role located in North Fort Myers, FL. The position focuses on processing and closing work orders, reconciling accounts, and assisting with cost accounting within Plant Accounting.

Strong data analysis and ERP proficiency are required. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, 2–5 years in ERP/work order accounting, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with related experience in utilities or similar industry.
• Associate's degree in accounting preferred.
• Some college/technical courses in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure materials are charged to the work order and reconcile to staking sheets.
• Post materials, labor, and overhead allocations to appropriate accounts.
• Prepare and distribute reports timely and accurately.
• Maintain accounting records for work orders and plant assets.
• Assist with work order close process and reconciliations as needed.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse and Engineering operations to complete tasks.
