City of Fort Myers is seeking a skilled Public Works Systems Analyst to lead and optimize business and operational systems. You will manage CMMS/EAM, GIS, GPS, CCTV, and related applications, translating operational needs into technology-enabled solutions.

You will develop dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools, coordinate testing and upgrades with IT and vendors, and train staff to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent; related experience may substitute for education.
• Two years of progressive experience in business systems analysis or related IT fields.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to one year of required experience.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM, GIS, SCADA, and asset-management concepts is preferred.
• Knowledge of data quality, reporting, and dashboards is desirable.
• Experience supporting Public Works or municipal operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as departmental systems analyst for CMMS/EAM, GIS, GPS, CCTV, and related apps.
• Evaluate and improve Public Works business processes using technology.
• Develop dashboards, reports, queries, and decision-support tools.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, upgrades, and integrations with IT, vendors, and consultants.
• Provide user training and ongoing application support for field and office staff.
• Ensure data integrity and lead data-quality projects across systems.
