A highly collaborative work management environment partnering closely with field operations, maintenance, engineering, supervisors, contractors, and other support teams.

A team responsible for coordinating daily and weekly field activities and ensuring crews have the labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, and documentation needed to successfully complete their work.

An organization with established work management processes, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and structured operating procedures.

An opportunity to play an important role in supporting reliable day-to-day operations as well as emergency and storm restoration activities.

LOCATION

Based in Southern Pines, North Carolina.

After the first 90 days, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule with Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office and Tuesday and Friday remote.

After-hours and weekend availability is required when supporting emergency and storm restoration efforts.

What They Offer You

An excellent opportunity for someone coming from utilities, telecommunications, outside plant, low voltage, field service, maintenance, dispatch, or another operational environment to expand their experience within utility distribution.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

Uses work management applications to distribute work, schedule resources, update activities, and track work through completion.

Supports materials, inventory, and equipment readiness to help field teams execute work efficiently.

Helps ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with EHS standards, company policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Provides critical emergency and storm restoration support, including dispatching, emergency locates, meter updates, ETOR updates, oil spill reporting, and work completion activities.

Supports distribution reliability and customer service programs while helping teams respond effectively to changing priorities and emergency situations.
