Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field.
• At least one year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Illinois QIDP certification or eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of standard software applications.

In this position, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through person-centered planning, advocacy, and service coordination.
