Compensation Range - Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description

• We help protect families financially if a loved one becomes critically ill or passes away.
• Our services are vital to the families we serve, who request information about our programs.
• We work in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client needs.

Duties

• Follow up on responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families in person, over the phone, or via video chat to help find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• No Cold-Calling or Prospecting required.
• This is a 100% commission, independent contractor, 1099 sales position.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Own a cell phone and a computer/tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
