Job summary

Elite Escapes is looking for a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into confirmed itineraries. You will design custom trips, guide clients from consultation to booking, and handle payments, changes, and add-ons with a client-first approach.

You’ll craft tailored plans, close sales, and provide ongoing support from pre-trip to post-trip follow-ups, all in a fully remote role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for consultative sales.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, itineraries and bookings without errors.
• Comfort leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to decisions.
• Experience with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required — we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence
