Elite Escapes is hiring a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused). You will create customized itineraries, present tailored options, and guide clients from initial questions to confirmed reservations—whether solo, group, destination wedding, or family travel.

Bring strong communication, the ability to juggle quotes and bookings, and a customer-first sales approach. Fully remote, part-time or full-time, with onboarding and coaching on products, suppliers, and sales-driven planning

• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new travel tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus; training provided.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
