Job summary
Realtor.pm is seeking motivated sales professionals for work-from-home roles (part-time or full-time). You’ll contact foreclosed homeowners to recover funds and help clients receive surplus funds. New leads are provided weekly, and you’ll have access to a custom CRM and a mobile app, enabling you to work from a phone, tablet, or computer.

Qualifications
- No formal degree required.
- Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule.
- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Motivation to help homeowners recover funds.
Responsibilities
- Contact foreclosed homeowners to recover funds.
- Explain the surplus funds concept and eligibility.
- Provide follow-up and close leads.
- Maintain records in the CRM.
- Follow any regulatory/compliance guidelines for outreach.

When a homeowner can't pay their mortgage, or their property taxes; their home will end up in a foreclosure auction sale. If the property sells for more than what's owed to the Bank or the Government, the extra money (called surplus funds), legally belongs to the former homeowner.
