We are hiring Work From Home Inbound Contact Centre Agents to provide responsive and empathetic customer support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a remote work environment. Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound customer calls.
• Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Log all customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company protocols and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Conditions of Employment
