Sagility is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives for our call center team. You will handle incoming calls, research and provide effective resolutions, document call details, and maintain a courteous, empathetic communication style.

Requirements include a High School diploma, at least 1 year in a call center, reliable attendance, and a stable home workspace with wired internet. Paid training and comprehensive health coverage after 90 days await successful candidates.
