Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking a motivated salesperson to work remotely with clients who have expressed interest in assistance. You will guide them through options and help them get set up, leveraging warm leads and ongoing support.

There is no income cap and pay is based on results, not hours. Training and continued support are provided, and interviews will be conducted via Zoom.

Qualifications

• Sale experience with warm leads preferred.
• Ability to guide clients through their options and close cases.
• Strong communication and coachability to adapt to clients.
