High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot buy their own leads to make sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-end solutions rather than traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads to generate between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
