High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are looking for a high-end insurance sales opportunity.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need immediate financial assistance or are desperate for money.

• Agents who cannot purchase their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our focus is on high-value products.

All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking to add more high-performing agents.
