High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial relief.

• Agents who cannot independently purchase their own leads.

• Agents who require constant guidance and supervision.

• Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We differ from traditional life insurance companies by focusing on high-end policies, not low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are actively seeking more talented agents to join our team.
