High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you are independent, driven, and capable of working without constant supervision, we want to hear from you.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing quick cash.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents requiring hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego or unwilling to learn.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works.

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and top-tier insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our business is conducted entirely via virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated agents.
