Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.
Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.
Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We do not engage in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source for our high-end agents. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
