High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at independent work and are confident in their abilities.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding throughout the sales process.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are distinct from traditional life insurance companies selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Average agents invest between $1,000 and $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums ranging from $7,000 to $15,000.
