Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with extensive relevant experience or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Associates degree with related technical/engineering/science field and 9+ years of relevant experience; Journeyman papers with 9+ years; Naval Nuclear Propulsion Operator qualification with 9+ years; Bachelor's degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials, tasks, and labor to support shop and field work.
• Perform task gatekeeping and assign tasks to appropriate work groups.
• Track task progress and support timely closeout after work completion.
• Update labor hours in work management systems for completed and planned tasks.
• Assist during large or complex work evolutions with schedule coordination and task sequencing.
• Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy of task status, labor, materials, and documentation.
• Maintain timely task updates to support planning, reporting, and execution.
• Support continuous improvement of work control and task management processes.
