• Analyzes time and material requirements for complex tasks.
• Develops step-by-step work instructions and safety/ testing requirements.
• Manages priority of work packages and ensures timely closure.
• Creates specifications for materials and labor estimates.
• Supports isolation/ containment procedures per regulations.
• Maintains records, training, and documentation for work control.
• Ensures compliance with Laboratory and industry governance and policy.
