Job summary

Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is seeking a Work Comp Nurse Case Manager to deliver telephonic case management for injured employees. The role is 100% telephonic with residency required in IA, IL, or WI, offering a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

The RN must have 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in ER, ICU, or Occupational Health. The position emphasizes collaboration with employers, medical providers, and claims adjusters to ensure quality

Qualifications

• RN license required or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (ER/ICU/Occupational Health preferred)
• Residency in IA, IL, or WI is required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate treatment plans and coordinate medical care for injured employees.
• Establish return-to-work plans and provide counseling to support recovery.
• Act as liaison between injured workers, employers, medical providers, and adjusters.
• Promote cost-effective outcomes and enhance recovery for employees.

Join Cottingham & Butler Claims Services as a Work Comp Nurse Case Manager, where you will provide telephonic case management services to injured employees. This position is 100% telephonic and requires residency in IA, IL, or WI. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate treatment plans and coordinate medical care for injured employees.
• Establish return-to-work plans and provide counseling to support recovery.
• Act as a liaison between injured workers, companies, medical providers, and claims adjusters.
• Promote quality and cost-effective outcomes, helping individuals achieve maximum improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER, ICU, or Occupational Health.
• Residency in IA, IL, or WI is required.
• Work Comp experience is helpful, but not required.
