Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support a positive, healthy, and safe work environment by advocating for individuals seeking employment. You will help clients develop job seeking skills and prepare them for workplace success.

You will act as a liaison between employers and individuals, provide training to learn or re-learn tasks, and complete all required paperwork. The role includes a two-week training/orientation and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
• GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent.

• Full Time - Hours May Vary - Mainly Weekdays between the hours of 7AM-8PM

Salary

$16.00-$17.00 Based on Education and Experience
