Care Connect at Home is seeking reliable HHAs or CNAs to join our Delray Beach team, delivering compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults who need support to live safely at home.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience preferred.
• Able to pass a Level II background check.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Follow personalized care plans.
• Report changes in condition to the team.
