Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or education; one year related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Industry & Business Partnership Development: build relationships with local employers, unions, and apprenticeship programs to create work-based learning and job placement opportunities.
• Council Coordination: lead the Workforce Council and Center Industry Council to align training with labor market needs.
• Community Outreach & Public Relations: act as center spokesperson at events, give tours, manage media to boost awareness.
• Student Career Support: leverage partnerships to help students secure internships, jobs, and further education.
• Community Service & Projects: plan and manage student volunteer activities to build a positive presence.
• Reporting & Administration: maintain records, update social media, and submit progress reports.
