Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, business or related field.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and instruct the career preparation period program for new students in compliance with government and management directives.
• Develop, prepare, and deliver career preparation lessons using diverse teaching strategies to meet student needs.
• Provide guidance to assign training programs based on background, interviews, tests, and assessments.
• Conduct pre-arrival contacts with potential enrollees and mail pre-arrival letters; coordinate arrival activities with other center departments.
• Participate in student employability programs and activities.
