The successful candidate will build strong relationships with partners and staffing teams, monitor workload, and drive efficient staffing, reporting on KPIs, and supporting associate development across the global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in associate development, work allocation, and/or resource management in a large professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Balance and optimize work allocation to support associates' development and experiences.
• Manage staffing requests and collaborate with Staffing Partners.
• Monitor and report on work allocation KPIs to practice leadership.
• Conduct regular check-ins with associates to discuss career interests and development needs.
• Ensure matters are appropriately staffed by monitoring utilization and capacity.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with stakeholders and escalate staffing issues as needed.
• Liaise with leadership to monitor performance, development, and career aspirations.
• Support engagement initiatives and junior associate development with Learning & Development and other teams.
