White & Case LLP’s Global Legal Operations team seeks a Senior Manager to strengthen client relationships, oversee budgets and profitability, and support partners in delivering high-quality legal work.

The role sits within the Firm’s global Legal Project Management and Legal Operations function, collaborating with partners, attorneys, clients, and procurement to optimize matter delivery and client value. Experience with large multi-jurisdictional portfolios is essential.

Formación

• Experience of Legal Project Management and/or Legal Operations
• Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint
• 5+ years working with client relationships and budgets in professional services or law firms

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow the team’s capability and pipeline of work with Partners and lawyers
• Track budgets, KPIs, and profitability across client matter portfolios
• Manage local counsel relationships across jurisdictions for client matters
• Advise partners on matter budgets and actions to protect profitability
• Oversee budgeting, WIP, billing guidelines and realization for client matters
• Coordinate with billing, finance, revenue management and business development to ensure smooth client relationships
• Lead client relationship and matter portfolio reviews with Partners
• Serve as trusted contact for client in-house operations and procurement teams
• Collaborate with legal teams to optimize staffing and resource levels
• Draft and submit budget proposals to clients
