WordPress Implementation Specialist (Part-Time, 12 hours/week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Implementation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (12 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have experience with WordPress and the Divi theme framework. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the digital presence of our clients through WordPress site management including plugin management, content updates, building out pixel perfect websites and landing pages from design files using the Divi page builder, and ensuring all websites follow established best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with regular content updates and maintenance for multiple WordPress websites
• Build responsive, visually appealing web pages using the Divi theme builder
• Ensure all web properties maintain brand consistency and follow best practices
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices per company standards
• Conduct website performance audits
• Collaborate with marketing team to implement campaign-specific landing pages and content
• Assist with optimization of website performance and user experience
• Document website changes and maintain organized digital assets

Required Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Team player, motivated, ready to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Divi theme builder or other WordPress page builders preferred; additional training will be provided
• Familiarity with website speed optimization techniques
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices

Work Schedule

• 12 hours per week, 9am-12pm EST Monday through Thursday

Work Location

• This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Florida, Illinois, or Utah
