Job Description:
Apex is currently looking for an Implementation Specialist for one of our large telecom clients. These roles are 100% remote but will operate out of CST hours. This role is a 12+ Month contract with chance to extend/convert that will have typical shift Monday-Friday 8-5 and will pay in the $28-31 an hour range depending on experience.

Summary: The Implementation Specialist I, is responsible for ensuring correct disconnect workflow; from order entry, design validation, network inventory removal, vendor offnet requests, IP/transport configuration removals, resulting in improved SLAs, external and internal customer relations. The position will coordinate and work alongside front line technicians on disconnect orders and task completion, escalations, outage restoration and analysis. Supports multiple eco-systems, internal/external customer relations and complex research and data review.
