Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior WordPress Development Lead to guide end-to-end custom WordPress projects for US clients in a remote setting. You will scope builds, align with client objectives, and drive efficient development with AI while still writing and reviewing code.

The role requires strong WordPress and PHP skills, fluent English, and experience leading client-facing projects. Remote work is supported for USA, Canada, Latin America or South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Scope client work against business objectives and set the build approach.
