You will develop custom themes/plugins, ensure responsive design, troubleshoot performance/security issues, and stay current with WordPress trends. This remote 4-month contract role offers extension possibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work with a variety of project management and development tools.
