Gemini Agency is seeking a Full-Time Mid-Level WordPress Developer to join our performance-driven team in Minnesota. This isn’t just maintenance; you’ll sharpen your coding skills and train directly with our AI and Automation Manager to grow into an AI and Automation Specialist tomorrow.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of WordPress experience including site maintenance, custom themes and plugins, site speed, and troubleshooting
• Love problem solving and finding cleaner, faster ways to work
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or willingness to learn
• Curiosity about APIs, webhooks, and how systems connect

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site maintenance including plugin and theme updates, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security monitoring
• Implement requests from internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth, secure, high-performing websites
• Support occasional WordPress site builds and enhancements
• Work with our AI and Automation Manager to learn practical development skills and design workflows that connect websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms
• Learn how to build and deploy custom AI chatbots for client websites and internal tools

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Web Development and Maintenance (Your Foundation)

• Manage daily site maintenance including plugin and theme updates, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security monitoring
• Implement requests from internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth, secure, high-performing websites
• Support occasional WordPress site builds and enhancements

AI and Automation Training (Your Future)

• Work side by side with our AI and Automation Manager to learn practical development skills
• Assist in designing workflows that connect websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms
• Learn how to build and deploy custom AI chatbots for client websites and internal tools
• Gain hands‑on experience with APIs, automation tools, and custom scripts that streamline operations
• Support projects that improve reporting, tracking, and marketing automation
