Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing WordPress websites.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience building custom themes and plugins.
• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi).
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Understanding of MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
• Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Convert design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into fully functional WordPress sites.
• Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
• Implement technical SEO best practices.
• Manage site migrations, backups, and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain website security and implement best practices.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Document development processes and maintain organized code repositories.
