Qualifications

• Candidates must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, including automation and formatting.
• Proficiency in converting and formatting documents between Adobe PDFs and MS Word.
• Must type at least 80 words per minute and be organized.

Responsibilities

• Convert Adobe PDFs to MS Word documents and vice versa.
• Clean and format MS Word documents applying styles and generating tables of contents.
• Create labels and letters using MS Word’s mail-merge feature.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Familiar with NetDocuments
