Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate to cover Worcester, MA and nearby areas. You will travel to multiple store locations using your own vehicle, execute planograms, merchandise products, and maintain inventory accuracy to support brand standards.

No merchandising experience is required as paid training is provided. Expect a flexible schedule around 30+ hours weekly, with competitive $17.00-$19.00 per hour and benefits like 401(k), PTO, and mileage

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Live within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations.
• Possess a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required; paid training provided.
• Role involves standing, walking, bending, stooping, ladder use and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout an assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service designated store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to enhance product visibility.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and ensure products are fully stocked.
• Collaborate with store personnel to assess inventory levels and place product orders as needed.
• Provide product knowledge and support to store staff and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services and client partners in stores.
• Backed by training and support to meet business objectives.

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Worcester, MA market!

At Signature Retail Services, our Route Merchandisers (FSR) play a key role in creating attractive, accurate product displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Working in retail partners such as Lowe's and The Home Depot, you'll execute planograms, merchandise products, support seasonal resets, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure brand standards are met. Territory Coverage

This route services store locations in Worcester, Leominster, Woburn, Auburn, and surrounding areas. Regular availability for travel throughout the territory is essential.

Job Duties

• Travel independently throughout an assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service designated store locations.

• Serve as a product expert by providing knowledgeable support to store associates and customers, answering questions, and sharing product information.
• Maintain a professional presence while representing both Signature Retail Services and our client partners in store.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States

• Possess a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access to support daily communication and reporting requirements.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required. We offer paid weekday training for motivated candidates!
• This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and ladder use, as well as the ability to regularly lift and move materials or products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
