Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is actively recruiting compassionate caregivers and home health aides to support seniors at home in Worcester County, including Worcester, Auburn, Webster, Millbury, Leicester, Spencer, and Oxford, MA.

We offer flexible schedules, various shift options, and a supportive team environment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles are available with competitive pay and Daily Pay options.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers are essential.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to follow a care plan and work independently.
• No prior caregiving experience is required; training provided; HHA/CNA helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Run errands and transport to appointments as needed.

We are currently expanding our caregiving team across multiple communities and are looking for compassionate, dependable people to join us.
