Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors across Worcester County, MA. Join a compassionate team delivering personal care, companionship, meals, and safety in clients’ homes in Worcester, Auburn, Webster, Millbury, Leicester, Spencer and Oxford.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and those new to the field; free HHA training and certification are available, with flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities and Daily Pay options.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• HHA or CNA certification is a plus, but not required; free HHA training and certification available for qualifying candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments when needed.
• Create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for seniors at home.
