Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring caregivers to support seniors across Worcester County, including Worcester, Auburn, Webster, Millbury, Leicester, Spencer, and Oxford in MA. We welcome both experienced caregivers and those starting a new career path, with training provided.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility aids, and transportation as needed. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• HHA or CNA certification is a plus, but not required; free HHA training and certification available for qualifying candidates.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments when needed.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for seniors at home.
