Job summary

Domtar, a leading producer of pulp, paper, packaging, tissue and wood products, seeks a Woodyard Operations Coordinator for our Ashdown, Arkansas facility. This full-time, permanent role provides support to safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals, with responsibilities spanning morning reports and safety meetings.

You will coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and computer systems, and may serve as the Weekend Duty supervisor for the Woodyard, being on call roughly three nights per

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of TABE, CRC, or Nowlin Test.
• Post secondary studies in a technical discipline are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years job related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Woodyard operations in safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Coordinate morning reports, safety meetings, maintenance, and capital projects; upkeep of computer systems.
• Serve as the Pulp/Woodyard Manager's Weekend Duty on a routine basis; on-call ~3 nights/week.
