Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Woodyard Loader Operator to support the production line on a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, good coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving loads, mixing materials, inspecting quality, loading the infeed bin, and performing loader maintenance. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years loader operation experience in an industrial setting is highly preferred.
• Good eye-hand-foot coordination and ability to concentrate for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mix material per specification to set up production and maintain moisture content.
• Receive incoming loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect raw material quality and report defects.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements.
• Conduct loader inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate status of work flow with coworkers.
• Other duties as required.
