Job summary

Pacific Architectural Wood Products, LLC in Canby, Oregon is seeking a dependable Shop Help to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves keeping the facility clean, moving materials, and aiding production while upholding safety and quality. The position is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt.

You will assist with material movement, help machine operators, and maintain a safe, organized work area. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized production, warehouse, and work areas.
• Sweep floors and remove dust, debris, trash, and recyclable materials.
• Assist with moving materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Support machine operators by feeding stock and handling materials as directed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
