Job summary

RealCraft is seeking an entry-level, part-time Shop Hand in Gig Harbor, WA to assist production, shipping and facilities teams. You will help with shop upkeep, preventative maintenance, and inventory control while supporting local errands and occasional deliveries.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, able to work independently with minimal direction, and maintain a strong focus on safety and organization in a woodworking environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, part-time position supporting production, shipping and facilities

Responsibilities

• Shop & Facility Upkeep: maintain clean, organized, hazard-free spaces across production, crating and shared areas
• Preventative Maintenance Support: assist facilities with low-level maintenance, tool upkeep and equipment care
• Materials & Inventory Control: assist with routine inventory cycle counts and material staging
• Logistics & Errands: support local deliveries and pickups as needed
• Periodic Site & Event Support: assist with exterior upkeep, seasonal chores and event setup/breakdown
