Job summary

Paycom in Lenoir, NC is seeking a full-time Wood Repair Associate for the RepairPlant 1 wood working facility. This role requires handling unfinished wood, frame-building knowledge, and the ability to fabricate parts as needed.

The position involves occasional travel between plants and performing other duties as assigned to support production. Candidates should be reliable, precise, and capable of teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.
